The receptionists are all the rudest, most arrogant people I have ever seen. We have been regular customers and needed propane as we were out. They had no sympathy and when I outlined the situation I was told not to "badmouth" the receptionist. If I could put no stars, I would.
I am completely displeased with Randolph Oil Company! We have been customers for over ten years - renting a tank which we have to pay to "top off" whenever they come out. If we did not use enough gas, we have to pay a rental fee. Well, we received bills this year for several months for the rental fee. I called to inquire, and that is what I was told these bills were.
