The front staff are rude and hateful and the doctor's are a mess and are unable to listen to concerns at all the tell you what they think is wrong and that's it you can't tell them there not right
My children rarely seen the doctor do to the wait on appointments. Their wait policy on any paperwork needed is absolutely ridiculous. 3-5 days on shot records when it literally consists of them clicking a button on their computer. I decided to transfer my children to another pediatrician and was told by RMA 30 days to fax my children's information to their new doctor. I do not recommend this office the nurses are good but the people you deal with on the phone and the people who deal with the paperwork are horrible they obvi... read more
