Please note that the address provided belongs to a low-cost apartment. Mr Randolph has vast knowledge about plants acquired a long time ago. But in talking to him one is pretty convinced that those days are long gone. Now he doesn't even have any equipment, crew, or even a company to support his work. He has accepted payment for services from many people but can't complete the job or refund the money. He will pull on your heartstring and tell you he used it to pay the rent.

This individual is a petty fraudster and a thief who deceives people by accepting their money but failing to fulfill his promises. He has defrauded us, and we have discovered that he has committed the same fraud on others. Initially, he presents himself as an innocuous hippie, but once he receives payment from you, his behavior becomes hostile and he blames you for absurd things. Rob has a great eye for landscape architecture! He created a beautiful design for our backyard, and helped us select plants that are native to Texas and that also fit our families aesthetic preferences while making sure they were practical for the intended application. Throughout the design process, Rob helped us think through tricky aspects of the design with competence and wisdom. Even after we'd completed the design work and paid for it, Rob continued to provide advice and guidance.

I hired Randolph Landscapes mid-April requesting the work to be done quickly. Was promised by owner, Rob, that his crew would be in/out in 3 days. He demanded 50% upfront ($10,000) after agreeing on a plan including his plant recommedations. Shortly thereafter, he started texting/emailing daily about not being able to find the plants or claiming they were too expensive (although they fit into my budget) and even complained about having to source them.
