Receptionist doesn't want to help until one of the other ladies are trying to help, then she inserts herself into the conversation. I dropped off the release forms the doctor gave me Monday to complete, and I leave, only to receive a callback immediately from the receptionist telling me I filled out the forms wrong and would have to redo them. Ashley had told me the forms were made wrong when they were created. What a pain !

Had an appointment for my 90 year old mother today (who is in a wheelchair and can no longer walk) and my gps took me to a different location, so we were 10 minutes late for the appointment. I realize this is not their fault, but we still had 20 minutes until her appointment time. They said she needed to be there 30 minutes early, because she was a new patient and we were told to reschedule. We literally had 20 minutes left to fill out paperwork. You have to LOVE a "Dr" who literally doesn't want patients. GPS took me to the wrong location, so it took a few minutes to figure that out and redirect to the correct place, which made me late to the appointment. It says you must be 30 minutes early. So with the detour I was forced to take, I made it to the correct location about 23 minutes early. The receptionist, after just stating my name, says "you have to be here 30 minutes early". Writing this review for my dad; they took very good care of him and Dr Chao is wonderful along with the rest of his staff!
