Writing this review for my dad; they took very good care of him and Dr Chao is wonderful along with the rest of his staff!
Showed up early for my appointment, but wasn’t “early enough”. Told to reschedule after waiting days already. I understand if they were busy. But, I was literally the only patient there, when I walked out. Not another soul. The one person who was there earlier was an aide to a patient, they both had left. No cars in the parking lot but mine. I filled out their paperwork, but sat in the parking lot for a while just to see. Gaddy just didn’t want to be bothered on a Friday afternoon. I was referred here after an ER visit where I was diagnosed with kidney stones. - They couldn't see me for several days so I ended up with an appointment on a Friday afternoon too late to get the procedure to break up the stone till Monday. - When I had an attack and ended up back in the ER that weekend my urologist was on call but didn't return 3 separate calls from the ER. - They were supposd to mail me a test kit so I could find out what caused the kidney stone. Sarah Jeanes is amazing. Working with me on multiple issues. Explains things thoroughly and is above and beyond any other medical professional I see in her level of care. Staff are great as well.
