The pharmacy called for a refill prescription. We called twice to remind the dr's office that we were coming in from out of town and the refill had to be approved for that afternoon. It never was. So we ended up making 2 two hour drives instead of one. Dr is nice, staff needs some work.
Since my wife and I have been patients with Dr. Schulz, our experience with Dr. Schulz, the PAs, the nurses, medical staff, and office staff have been totally positive. Have needed emergency appointment couple times and was able to see Dr. Schulz same day. erything Always problem diagnosed quickly, addressed , or referred to appropriate specialist, even made appointment for us with specialist. Nothing but positive about everything about these dedicated, competent, compassionate people
Have had 3 PA leave without anyone contacting me each time. Also had nasty Comments from staff about someone not looking like they are disabled. Do yourself a favor and go some where else.
