We currently live at Randolph AFB, and the maintenance technician Joe Gomez has been outstanding in all services we have needed. Always quick to help us when we are in need and extremely professional. If you're on Randolph ask for Joe.
We lived on base housing for a year and a half in the duplex housing. Though the homes are historic, anytime we had issues David would come out and fix them quickly. He communicated and educated us on how to keep up with our home. Giselle is very professional and competent in her work. From move in to move out she was organized and communicated with us via email and phone if needed. Overall our experience on Randolph was pleasant.
