Try to find an office where they are bringing in enough revenue to hire responsible, courteous staff. You are going to an insurance mill office. Obnoxious staff and doctors. Their primary goal is retail sale and not medical service. This is how they rise above their contractual ppo fees. I was there a little over a year ago. I left my glasses in the Doctors operaratory. My husband and I have been using the Randolph Eyecare Center for many years, and we've been very pleased with the personalized service we've received from the Drs. and the staff. They are thorough, up-to-date with the most current technology, and they make our visits easy. Also, Optical Options inside the Eyecare Center has an excellent selection of both high quality eyeglass frames and sunglasses, and they do a fantastic job of fitting us. We like that they are always willing to make adjustments whenever we drop in.
