Hands down the best care and best staff! I have been a patient of Kim Randolph for over 10 years. Followed her to her own practice because there is nobody more attentive, knowledgeable and kind. She takes her time to get to know your individual needs and gives her feedback. Always providing options, so that she and the patient can come up with the best plan to better health. She truly cares. The best primary care place in Tampa , the whole team is so nice and caring ,Dr. Randolph makes you feel heard , she is so knowledgeable , understanding, sympathetic. My brother loves her and when I met her I finally understood why , thank you so much for taking as a patient.
The front desk was kind and welcoming the moment I walked in. The checking in process was also quick and barely even took two minutes. After that I was taken into one of the rooms and was checked over, the entire process took less than forty minutes in total. God bless everyone who works here.
To start, the front office is spectacular. Not only are they always friendly, but they are efficient, communicative, and ever helpful. I've never had such a positive experience with the front office at any medical facility. They truly seem to care. As for the medical staff, they're equally as amazing starting at the top with Kim.
