Hands down the worst dentist we've ever seen. Both my husband and I have had back to back bad dental experiences with Dr. Ameila Randolph. When it's both of us having issues it falls on her. Jaw pain was due to me needing a night guard not an EXTRACTION. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before letting her extract that tooth. She broke the tooth with extracting it and the new dentist sees a piece of the tooth still in my gum that has healed over. Fortunately, I've not experienced any problems from it.
Dr Amelia Randolph has proven to be an excellent dentist After experiencing many problems with a different provider, (a well known dentistry center) I had called Dr Randolph in hopes to receive an appointment asap. She insisted that I come in iimmediately for emergency care and was able to take me in that day. Her bedside manner and empathy for my circumstance was amazing and she was able to repair and put an end to my very painful circumstance from my previous visit with another provider. I highly recommend them, they got me right in as soon as I called in pain with a tooth ache. They worked up a payment plan for the dental work they've been doing and they are very friendly.
This dental office is the best I have found in years! From the time I walked thru the door, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and put my mind at ease. Dr. Amelia Randolph was amazing! She informed me in great detailed of what she intended to do, and kept me updated throughout the process. This is my first pain free dental work using just a local anesthetic. Never once did Dr. Randolph or anyone in the office try to upsell me expensive services.
