Bate and Switch: I switched to RC sometime in 2017 from Century Link and the change to better service was absolutely great. The first 1-3 years anytime we had an issue they were spot on. Had to replace a router and an extension devise once... no charge. Months later we had a phone issue and they came right out... no charge. CenturyLink came out a lot and never charged a cent. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with I’ve had problems since Christmas of 2019 and they’ll always give the same response over the phone to hard reset the router and even tried to blame the tv and tried to blame Microsoft Bc the only problems are coming from 2 separate Xbox’s and on top of that the phone service continuously went down to the point they were down here atleast once every two weeks till they just replaced the wires and yes we run off the fiber optic and still there’s lag every three seconds and their ... read more
