I’ve yet to meet a friendly staff member here….definitely looking for other options for my kids sports.
I find it incredibly alarming that this is the only ymca that doesn’t not allow a guest pass and requires you come with a member! Just to be a guest! I’ve also called all the surrounding ones and they ALL allow guest passes. All I wanted to do was a couple laps in the pool and was gonna bite the bullet and pay for a month membership only to find out the ONLY way to cancel is a 30 day WRITTEN NOTICED you must hand in.
