Watched 2 techs gouge my poor dog 5 times before they got a blood sample. When I questioned their ability, he "head tech" acused me of being disrespctful. I watched her move needle in and out several times looking for a vein. Then push the plunger back and forth. She does not have a clue and she is the senior tech.
