Dr. Randle was recommended by my son's pediatrician. My son's original doctor is in transition to retire and I needed Dr. Randle to manage his medication. There was a time I called and asked for a refill and I felt she (Dr. Randle) was very unprofessional and rude. I tried to be honest and explain the medication issue with her that was discussed from my pediatrician but I was rudely cut off! I wanted my son to continue to follow up with care from Dr. Randle but not after our last phone convers
Dr. Randle has made an amazing difference with my son. He feels comfortable speaking with her, and has made a 90 degree difference in staying on task. He was passing Chemistry with a low C ,but once she assessed him and prescribed medication to assist him stay focused, his grade improved to an 89.5.
Spends time talking to the child with parent and alone. Makes decisions based on the whole child with parental input. Kind, understanding and patient.
