I really like him he does great work and after care however it was a wreck that sent me to surgery broke my back in 3 places I'm a single mom of 1 15 yr old daughter and we have no family here and live outside city limits and I missed my appointment on 2nd follow up 1 wk ago and rescheduled for 2 days later and they did not show up to take me 1st time car wouldn't crank because I at no choice of my own or fault missed 2 in a row they frowned upon me and said since I missed 2 I a row and woth holiday they were pushing my appo... read more
My mother suffered a stroke and Dr Randle required two surgeries in a matter of days to properly address the bleeding. Communication was non existent. Andrew the “PA” came in and spoke with me the day she was transported out. I asked about the spinal fluid leak and was told she has a major surgery coming up, installing the brain flap back in. Dr randal talked to me in terms i could understand. He was a wonderful surgeon and Andy has been a blessing through all of this along with his office staff"rebecca" is the best and most helpful. I was scared to have back surgery and I could not ask for a better team. I would totally let dr randal do surgery on me again.
I would highly recommend Dr. J. Michael Randle. He is caring and very efficient in all aspects. My surgery was a perfect success and now I have the quality of life I need. His office staff were very nice and so easy to work with. I have recommended Dr. Randle to so many of my friends and family. Why go to Houston, Tyler or anywhere else when you have an awesome Neurosurgeon right in Nacogdoches, Texas. He is the Best!! Office is clean and very well decorated.

He did cervical surgery on my friend and left him with incontinence and a partially paralyzed right arm. 60 days since surgery.
Great doctor and great staff
I would like to let everyone know about this crook. He is one of the most arrogant, holier than thou, thinks he knows all and you are stupid for asking him a question. Well he did 3 back surgeries on my mother. He almost killed her. He botched her back up so much, no one else would take her as a patient. He put 2 different kinds of hardware in her back. Sent her to a "GREAT" rehab that he probably gets money from because it was an awful place, My mother cried everyday she was there and begged to
Dr. Randle truly cares about his patients prior to surgery, during surgery, and PostOp. Have only good things to say about my neurosurgeon!! I am only 2 weeks Post-Op but have so much confidence for a complete and full recovery.
