I have been going to Randi since 2015 or so. With in the last year she has gone downhill. Always chatty from the beginning but the last time I was there she left me sitting in her living room for 20 minutes past my appointment. She really seems to focused on her phone calls then her clients. Always talking about family drama when really your clients are there for a haircut/ color. What I find the most troubling is that she doesn’t take accountability. It was my fault. Whatever Randi, best if luck to you!
She was recommended to me by one of her customers. Called and left messages three times over the span of a month and never recieved a call back.
I would never go here again. Super disrespectful.
I was fortunate to find Randi after moving to Monroe, WA and I have to say... I have been looking YEARS to find a hairstylist like Randi! She is knowledgeable, creative and amazing when it comes to blending my colors and hiding my thinning hair patches. I enjoy going to her private salon and love that she never keeps me waiting. The bonus? Her affordable prices cannot be beat! You won't be disappointed--give Randi a try!
I have been going to Randi for 10+ years now!! She is the best!! When I first started going to her my hair was dry and damaged, even if I wanted something done that she knew would further damage my hair she gently told me let’s get your hair healthy and then we can see!! She is a great hairdresser!!
