Kept charging me for various services as they could not figure out what was wrong with my car… huge waste of money and the dealership techs found it within minutes. It’s giving scam
I towed my car there for a quote for an oil pan. We agreed to look for an oil pan and provided an estimate with no specific details. A couple of days later, he explained that the county would not allow him to remove the transmission , he won’t be able to do the job, and he explained this earlier. We didn’t have this conversation. His tone was as if he didn’t want to be bothered. And my front grill was black and discolored. I was told to call back to when Randi was in.
If I could leave a 10-star review I would! Randie and his team of professionals (including Bob) took great care of my family and I when our truck became disabled on our way through ATL to vacation on the Gulf Coast. Randie's integrity through the whole process of getting our truck out of impound and getting the repairs done right and on time (and at a reasonable price!!!!) for us to pick up our truck on the way home to NC was FIRST CLASS! I would highly recommend Randies Service Center to anyone! Thank you, Randie and team!
