Dr. Rubenzik is a good dermatologist. Friendly. Very thorough and caring. My problem is I got to the appointment 15 minutes early, waited for an hour to be seen, then got shuffled out the door while I was still asking questions.
Really like her but feel my time continues to be disrespected. Was there 10 min early for appt. Kept waiting 10 min and then kept waiting another 25 min in exam room. Was seen 45-55 min late. And there was only 1 person in waiting room when I got there. Just doesn’t seem fair to patient at all. Happens once in a while is ok but it happens every time with her and this practice
I had scheduled an appointment three months ago. 90 minutes before my scheduled appointment I get a message that the doctor will not be in today and they cannot see me until June. I sent my kids to a sitter for the day, rearranged everything on the first day of spring break. Wonder what their billing policy is if I canceled 90 minutes before an appointment?! Will NOT be using this practice.
