My son had his first appointment with Randi, she looked in his ears stated there's fluid. My son is irritable and not sleeping well. When we got home I noticed liquid wax/puss like fluid pouring out of his ear. I sent her a mychart message about it. She had her assistant message us back and brush us off saying that its not an ear infection.. I took my son to his pediatrician the NEXT DAY and sure enough it was an ear infection!! Randi is a complete blessing to our family! She’s wonderful with kids, extremely knowledgeable and very thoughtful about the course of treatment. I’d highly recommend her!
She is so sweet and takes the time to explain everything! Office staff was nice and very helpful with scheduling appointments!
Scheduled appointment in early December and the only next available appointment was March 27. I just received a letter from her office stating she rescheduled my daughter’s appointment to April 21st. My daughter has an ongoing medical issue. Also, between Randi & her staff has given me conflicting information regarding my daughter’s care. We’ll be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.
