Dr.Baculi is a great, caring doctor, but how does anyone get ahold of them? My orthopedic, attorney and I have been trying to contact them regarding something very important and haven't gotten any callback within the last 2 months. Even left voice messages and tried to contact them via website..
Staff is terrible. Been trying to get a Rx refill going on 3 weeks. Incompetent. Finding another doctor
Will it started out good the dr . Has a sweet kind spirit,however hard to catch up with at times my daughter is now tossed like a sea without a sailor because they no longer take her insurance so now it like we have to find another doctor,which is a hassle so finally got and appointment with another dr only to go to the appointment,remind you I’m waiting months only for them to tell us we don’t have her records whattttt????y’all had enough time to send paperwork so we can move on I don’t like this!
We found Dr. Baculi based on my son’s need for a neurologist after developing seizures at age 22. As a registered nurse, I am grateful for Dr. Baculi and have found him to be professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Baculi also addressed a side effect and titrated the old medication slowly and changed successfully to another medication that has been helpful. My son has not had seizure in about 4 years. I am very pleased.
