I haven’t been to the Sykesville office since COVID and tried to make an appt and the girl at the desk (Tracy I think) was really rude and told me that due to Md state law, I’m not a patient any longer because I haven’t seen doctor in 3 years. I was dumbfounded as I’ve been a patient for more than 20 years. When I asked about a notification about the 3 year statute the girl on the phone said they aren’t required to notify patients of this law.
