We are so lucky to have used Randi. We were making the move from Hoboken to the suburb, but had no idea how competitive the rental market there would be. Randi found us our place before it even hit Zillow, which honestly still blows my mind. I am a top reviewer for various places, I will call out unprofessionalism for what it is. I find Jessica from your team, wasting our time, to be inappropriate. She scheduled with my husband and I, only to cancel last minute in an untimely manner. People have lives such as jobs and family. It wasn’t until my husband texted her today, did she notify us that she has to cancel. This should have been done earlier, on her own accord as a “professional”.
