didnt explain hearing problem
Been seeing him for years. He’s a great surgeon and he’s great as a doctor in the office.
Dr. Randawa is great, but he needs to get rid of his office staff. They are rude and not at all helpful. The fact that I’m still waiting for them to call me back with important test results, 3 days after they received them and multiple requests is inexcusable. Tara is just plain rude, and since she is the one primarily responsible for getting back to me, I put this mostly on her.
Did not get to see the doctor. My appointment was on Wed at 10.15. Arrived in the office at 10 and there were 4 or 5 patients waiting, don't know how many were waiting in the back for the one doctor of this practice. The receptionist told me my appointment was Friday at 10:15. No, here is the card you gave me when I made this appointment showing it was on Wed (today) at 10:!5. Then I was told the doctor was "running late". How late? 20 minutes. That was hard to believe. with that many people in the waiting room. Said I won't... read more
Dr. Randhawa is very good, but Laurie in his office is rude and offensive and the fact that he allows this behavior in his office has to be a reflection on him.
Dr Randhawa took care of my sons tonsillectomy. His bedside manner was great and he did a fantastic job. He was recommended by some OR nurses and I definitely second that recommendation.
Dr randhawa and staff have been amazing. Recently diagnosed with a thyroid mass that ended up being cancer. Surgery went smooth and scar will be great. On time and compassionate. Im a little sad that i wont get to come back unless i have another ent problem. Thank you soo soo much.
Top notch surgeon. Dr Randhawa was sensitive to the urgency of my facial surgery. His knowledge and technique was conducive to the best outcome, for recovery. The staff; caring, compassionate, and professional. Each member of Dr Randhawa's office team showed awareness, commitment, and sensitivity for the patient, myself. I cannot say enough about the care that was received. 5 stars from me!
Did not want to listen to my issues and made excuse for everything I was telling him about my problems and how I was feeling...
