The worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life. I will tell anyone that asks me to NEVER buy from Randazzo heating. I had them install a furnace and ac on Friday, but the techs had a bad thermostat. They said someone would be contacting me on Saturday the next morning, before they left I said the heat wasnt blowing and i was worried about the cold since i have a 2 yr old.
