Gave Randall a call after checking out a few of his references and coming to the conclusion that a flat roof is a bit of a different beast than other types. I had a few chronic leaks and had tried a few different handymen with no luck. Randall wasn't cheap, but he solved the problem and now I feel like I have a new roof.
Randall is extremely knowledgeable about roofing materials and also the shortcuts that many other companies utilize. He’s honest, an excellent communicator, and priced very fairly. He also has a very generous warranty, although I have never had to use it. Highly recommend him and his team. They are fast, thorough, and we are extremely pleased with his service.
We had a great experience with Randall updating our flat roof. It is a real relief to have had someone thoroughly examine the roof, list the issues needing attention, and fix everything including potential problems never addressed previously. Before this, I never felt confident in our roof.
