Texted and called when the prescription wasn't even ready. Took forever when it finally was.
The Pharmacist here, Terrance, is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and works to get you the best price possible on your prescriptions. The wait times are great compared to Walgreens or CVS, and you have a great place to shop if you do have to wait a few minutes. Plus, for every 3rd prescription you fill currently, you receive a 20% off coupon for Randall's (cannot use on your prescriptions).
They are rude! Terrible customer service! We will not be back to that Randalls, They are way over priced for what you are getting, and to get a rude attitude at check-out as well that takes the cake! They are not even open as long as the other competitors! Terrible!!!!!!!!!
