I had a fantastic experience with pharmacist Kaylan at Randall's. When I called, Kaylan answered the phone promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in providing me with the information I needed. She went above and beyond to ensure I could get my prescription in time for an upcoming trip. Kaylan's professionalism, patience, and informative approach truly impressed me.
9:15 still not open
Billy Steele, the pharmacist, had me come back daily to tell me that the prescription still wasn't in, this happened 3 times before I decided that this was a waste of my time and if he hadn't been sure that the prescription would be here, he shouldn't have asked me to come back in the next day twice. This ridiculous, wasn't even given an apology. Will not be using Randall's pharmacy again, rarely reliable. +Forgot to add they marked the prescription ready on the first day.
