Randalls Pharmacy in Leander used to have some of the nicest and most caring staff I’ve ever met, every single one of them. Unfortunately, the experience has changed this year. It seems the new employees lack the same professionalism and empathy. Visiting a pharmacy usually means you’re not feeling your best, and encountering attitude or rudeness from the staff only makes things worse. It’s truly disappointing.
