Randall is very respectful. Him and his assistant are kind and easy going. They were very helpful and I didn't feel pushed to make a decision. Wonderful jewelry store.
Had a diamond ring in for repair. Could not have been more pleased with the service, price and customer experience! My first time dealing with this business. They fixed my wedding band and the price was so reasonable. I had a chance to look around I can tell you I will be back great place and step back in time to a mom and pop jewelry store.
My sister and I had repairs done and cleaning of our jewelry and they looked absolutely beautiful when finished at Randalls Jewelry Store. Him and his staff are very friendly and answer all questions in detail.
