What a joy it was to visit this shop. I was recommended by Gary from the shoe repair shop on the same road. I had a warm welcome from Martin and Kiki and a fantastic service. I took in a Links bracelet and Kiki repaired, restrung and polished it in a couple of hours. They are so friendly in here, it’s honestly a pleasure to visit. Thank you for fixing a precious piece of jewellery for me, and for a very reasonable price x
I broke my necklace which belonged to my mum that sadly passed. The staff were very friendly and repaired my necklace to a very high standard and at a really good price. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending these jewellers and using again. They even cleaned the pendent from the necklace for free. Thankyou so much.
Well where to start…. Everything about Randalls is amazing and believe me when I say they all go the extra mile to make your experience the best you can possibly get! The team here make you feel so welcome and always ready to help with no hesitation or questions asked. This place is useless for doing watch repairs! My Mum took her watch In November last year and still no return of my Mum’s watch! WE ARE VERY disappointed in Randalls. Appalling customer service. I keep getting fobbed off and keep getting a promise of a phone call half an hour later of talking to them and no delivery of a phone call. IT’s part of an inheritance gift! Don’t bother with Randall’s unless you want to have this situation happen to you! I’m taking legal advice this week!!
I took in 2 rings, one of which needed a repair and the other one needed resizing. Wonderful, friendly service. Martin was so lovely as were the all the other staff who helped me. The ring resizing took a much shorter time than initially predicted and both rings look great. The service was very reasonaby priced. I can highly recommend Randalls and would definately go back there for any jewellery needs.
