I recently had my first experience with Randall's for some brake work on my old Highlander. It was a tough job to narrow down the big issue, but the guys there kept me informed the whole way and did only the necessary work. And when it was narrowed down to the biggest issue, Joe discovered that my problem was part of an open recall. Rather than do the work and make a couple hundred bucks in labor, he made me aware of the recall so that I could get the issue fixed for free. these guys at randalls are the best very honest and trustworthy, reasonable prices, they don’t take advantage of their customers like many of garages do!! i highly recommend services there �
I've had 4 family vehicles to Randall's over the past few years, each time we were treated with respect and very reasonable costs. I trust Randall and Joe with my family's safety. I'd recommend them to anyone in town. They are no nonsense and practical to repairs and service, just what I want. I'll NEVER take my Hondas to the local dealership (unless I want to part with a mortgage payment sized invoice). Thanks guys, the truck is running fine !
