Dr Wooley is great! Always listens to my concerns. Office is clean and staff is friendly .
Dr Wooley is fantastic Dr. His staff On the other hand never calls you back. I have called for 3 weeks trying to get an appointment. He was our doctor for 20 years. But since my husband has recovered from lung cancer thanks to Doc Kirkpatrick we need a PCP that we can communicate with when we need him. His nurse for some reason just doesn't like us and has put a ban on us? I didn't know a nurse could do that? Maybe the staff needs to be secret shopped and told they will be monitored. Dr Wooley is engaged and thorough. I trust him completely with my medical care.
Let me start by saying that Dr. Wooley is a great doctor, but the service and policies at this practice are ridiculous. When calling your doctor I would expect that you would be able to book an appointment for an illness/injury at the next available time... not at HealthCore Physicians Group - was told that since no appointements we're left for today I either had to call first thing Monday (for limited appointments) or go to urgent care/ER, and could not book an appointment for next week.
