In person customer service is WAY much better than trying to do anything online. Tried renting a room online but couldn’t get it to give me what I wanted so I had to stop by to get it fixed. Should have just done it this way from the start lol. In and out in no time, better room and a way better location. Friendly staff and very helpful.
Manager was very helpful and helped immensely with the process. Facility very nice and clean.
