I’m pretty upset that I have a referral for a busted eardrum and the office states I can’t be seen until May. How is that acceptable? Expected better of Mercy Health Care Update: So a month ago I responded to your request and still waiting….you now have a 0 star review from me. Unfortunately in our area almost all ENT doctors are tied to mercy and your clinic, 9 I think, and no one can be seen for about 10 weeks. I filed a complaint with Mercy but I doubt they care any more than your office does.
Dr Black is a wonderful Doctor. I always feel very well taken care of by Dr Black.
Dr. Black has seen my child and myself. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an ENT.
