My grandson saw Dr Randall. During the treatment, she decided to switch doctors. Dr Randall's office would not give her my grandson's lab information or send it over to the new doctor's office. The nurse then proceeded to yell at my daughter on the phone. This is a very unprofessional office.

All kids, 4, 6, and 8 yr old were required to wear hospital gowns. He briefly listened to chest and immediately pulled underwear down to check privates. He gave neither parent nor child a warning or explanation of why he needed to look and touch their private parts (2 girls, 1 boy). That was his exam. Didn’t look in ears, eyes, throat...

Excellent in every way. Respectable and respectful. Always felt heard, never felt rushed. Knowledgeable and experienced, but not outdated.

Please do not select this Dr for your child's care. Anyone else in the practice is great.

Dr Randall is a very excellent pediatrician! He is knowledgeable and takes the time to sit and talk to parents and children. He's compassionate and kind. I highly recommend him for your children!
