I was very disappointed with my experience at this practice. The communication felt disorganised, and I did not feel listened to or supported during my sessions. Appointments often ran late and the overall environment did not feel professional or welcoming. The approach taken did not help me with the issues I attended for, and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I’ve had the real pleasure of being under Jane’s care for 6 years. Throughout that time, I’ve found her to be most professional, caring and above all respectful of my health matters. Her consistency and genuine support throughout the years is why I return when I need support.
Jane is the real deal. She has so many years of experience and knowledge. All of the therapists here do a really thorough deep dive into your experiences, traumas, behaviours and tailor their sessions very well to help you in whatever way works best for YOU. THEY ARE NOT cookie cutter, “ and how does that make you feel” psychologists, they are genuine, gentle and gracious. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
They have a bad habit of sending patients private files to either other patients or people that they are not intended for. they also have no true understanding of proper ethics or how important it is to be honest and truthful with their patience. I would not use this service unless I am intending to send myself into full-blown psychosis due to the stress and upset that this place would cause me.
