10/10. The team are always welcoming and Jane is the best psychologist I have vet seen (I have seen MANY!) Highly recommend this practice.
They have made a meaningful difference in my life and without them I might have gone many more years with less understanding of myself and what I even need to know to make positive changes in my life
I was very disappointed with my experience at this practice. The communication felt disorganised, and I did not feel listened to or supported during my sessions. Appointments often ran late and the overall environment did not feel professional or welcoming. The approach taken did not help me with the issues I attended for, and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I’ve had the real pleasure of being under Jane’s care for 6 years. Throughout that time, I’ve found her to be most professional, caring and above all respectful of my health matters. Her consistency and genuine support throughout the years is why I return when I need support.
