The office staff needs up training about the important billing order of insurance so that a referral can be properly processed and not take a bunch of phone calls and visits by the patient to clear up.

I have seen doctor Sternberg MD for almost 30 years & he's always taken excellent care of me. He is now caring for 3 generations of my family & we all are extremely satisfied with him as our family physician!
Dr. Sternberg is outstanding as a physician and very personable. I learn a lot from him during our visits. I would recommend him to others.
I highly recommend Dr. Sternberg- he’s a great doctor and truly cares about his patients well being. I would give him 100 stars if I could!
