He is unlike any other family doctor. He makes you feel like you matter and he cares. He’s reassuring while still being straight forward about your health. He’s an amazing human being and an amazing doctor. He treats my family and we love him.
I have been going to Dr. Randal for 20 years. We forgot to call in my daughters prescription once in the 20 years my family has been going here and now he won’t prescribe it at all for “not following his refill policy”. Really putting the “care” in primary care provider. He clearly doesn’t care how his staff treats his patients. They told us in person that since we forgot to call that they would have it filled in two days per their policy, and we came back five days later when we really needed it and they hadn’t filled it be... read more
Best doctor ever, listens to you and takes care of you.
We have been using Dr Randall for our whole family for more than 10 years and we love him. He always takes the time to listen and thoroughly explain things. He does sometimes run behind schedule (probably because he takes time with his patients) however, we would never consider switching pcp' s!!! :-)
Best doctor's office hands down!! The M.A.'s rock as well!!
He is an awesome Doctor. He knows his practice very well, and has the best bedside manners a person could ask for. I'm very pleased to have him as my physician.
