He always takes his time and explains everything very well.
I'm used to doctors that give zero cares about you, you're just a number. But Dr. Randall.. He's AMAZING! He listens to you and all your concerns. He's personable and doesn't treat you like you're an idiot. He gives you the time you need with him, with out rushing out. I have a whole list of issues, and he has either taken dang good care of me himself, or has referred me to specialists who have been more than kind. I absolutely love this man! CHOOSE HIM if you're looking!!
My family has used him for 15 years as our primary care physician. Loved him at first. But he has sold out. Now it takes an hour or more to be seen because he has so many patients. It went from good quality care to get ‘em in and get ‘em out. The more patients the more money. My wife and daughter are there 10 times a year. He is unlike any other family doctor. He makes you feel like you matter and he cares. He’s reassuring while still being straight forward about your health. He’s an amazing human being and an amazing doctor. He treats my family and we love him.
I have been going to Dr. Randal for 20 years. We forgot to call in my daughters prescription once in the 20 years my family has been going here and now he won’t prescribe it at all for “not following his refill policy”. Really putting the “care” in primary care provider. He clearly doesn’t care how his staff treats his patients.
