This is difficult To give a review. I really liked Dr. Schwartz and his wife. They both were very knowledgeable and spent time with me, but for their office staff, they are terrible. I wanna go back because I like the doctors but the staff is just not responsible for returning calls or following up on patient care. I was seen in October and in November I called to find out that the office staff had never submitted The paperwork for my CPap. Dr. Randall Schwartz and his wife are truly the best doctors I have encountered in the United States. There are simply no words to fully describe the level of care, dedication, and professionalism they provide. One of the worst bedside manners I've encountered. He told me not to be surprised if my mother didn't make it out of the hospital. He clearly is unprofessional. Also, I must question his medical knowledge. He dagnosed my mother with sepsis which she clearly did not have. The ICU nurses looked at me with disbelief when I relayed what he had told me. You can do WAY better than this doctor. I wouldn't ltrust him to examine my dog!
I have had only great experiences with Dr Schwartz and his office staff. He was extremely friendly and helpful during my appointments. He was relaxed and thorough and made everything very comfortable. The staff there are just as nice.
From the moment I entered his office I knew I would have a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Schwartz could not have been more professional and caring. He answered all of my questions and completely addressed my concerns. I look forward to my next visit and encourage others to give his office a try, you will not be disappointed.
