I was seen immediately by Dr. Sterkel when my daughter had belly pain. He called appendicitis accurately, when I thought it would just be a case of gastrointeritis. He arranged for immediate care and surgery at the Hospital. My daughter had a burst appendix by then. Dr. Sterkel followed up with me and her daily via texts and visits to hospital when he's just the pediatritian and doesn't work at the hospital. Very impressed with his honest care. Thank you for being my pediatritian, Mr. Sterkel!
