Very knowledgeable and helpful is what I would call Dr Lomax. I did have to wait a long time for my first appointment ( from when I made it until I was able to see him ) but he was definitely worth the wait.
When i walked in know acknowledgement or greeting. All eyes were on there computers. I sit there for almost 30 to 40 minutes before they call me to give me paperwork I almost walked out. I knew I had completed online. Then they call people that came in after me. I was really disappointed with how I was treated when I walked in the office. The doctor was great.
Dr. Randall Lomax listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The staff was friendly and professional. Kudos to all your staff!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Randall Lomax. He is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. He takes the time to listen to his patients, answer questions, and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate his caring attitude and dedication to his patients.
