Unreliable; his office must be overwhelmed. I’ve been a patient here for three years. I was in a very bad accident in May 2025 where I suffered trauma to my face after hitting a steering wheel. I NEEDED an ENT to help and I’ve been waiting months for a call from this doctor. Sad that when it matters, they can’t seem to get it together. Numerous calls, all with the same response that they’re waiting on the provider to respond.
Saw Dr. Lomax for my almost 3 year old daughter. All the staff and Dr. Lomax were amazing. Very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Will always go back to him!
Dr. Lomax was thorough and knowledgeable. Much better than my last ENT. He gave me information and insight I did not receive from my last ENT.
Very nice clean, modern office.Friendly considerate staff. They worked diligently to fix an insurance glitch we had. Dr Lomax is professional and friendly. He made us feel important and heard. He attended to all our needs and we did not feel rushed.
A really good expeience from check in to check out. The staff are friendly yet professional. IMO Dr Lomax is a gift to the medical profession. He checks everything. He is also a no nonsense care provider. He listens to everything you have to say every time. He isn't pretentious and offers solid recommendations.
