Perfect place if you like space...3 living rooms ( to let the kids be kids and watch what they wanna watch), perfect beach within walking distance , with a park for the kids right on the beach. The neighbors complained about my dog barking ( first time we brought her on vacation and closed her crate door) . However, Craig ,the realtor from Randall's called me to let me know and suggested we let her roam freely through the house ....it seemed to work out well ...no complaints I believe after that. renee cooper was great to work with. she made the home buying experience less stressful. the seller of the property was so unprofessional but she held her ground and helped us in getting our first house. she is such a delight to talk to. felt more like family then an agent.
