Dr. Scott is very cordial and professional with a touch of humor. He makes me feel at ease and relax in maybe why my blood pressure is way down! He practices sound, safe and least invasive medicine. I was heading in the wrong health direction and he directed me to change my diet and increase my exercise to living with no flags referencing issues with my blood work. I highly recommend him and his support staff has always been fast, friendly and courteous. Good on you all!

First of all the office staff ALWAYS remembers me! And the backroom nurses are very cordial and efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Scott ALWAYS spends close to an hour with me on my twice yearly appointments and close to 30 minutes when I go in a pinch. I would never go to a different medical office!

Staff is so bad that I would not even bother making an appointment. Dr was more interested in talking about himself than listening to me.

Dr. Scott has been my PCP for the past 10 years. That alone says a lot! Though I now live in Kingman, I still continue to travel to Flagstaff, at least twice a year for my appointments. It's extremely important to me to have a Doctor who listens to my concerns. Also,the staff members are very friendly,courteous and helpful. The office ambiance is quite comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend Dr. Scott as an Internist and/or PCP.
