Simply awful. They are the quintessential slimeball used car salesmen. After taking a test drive, I said I was interested in buying the used car. The salesman wrote down a price that was $3,000 higher than the advertised price. He said that was due to TTL, plus $2,000 worth of "improvements" they made to the car. The improvements consisted of: 1. Nitrogen in the tires (useless), 2.
