"With You Every Step Of The Way".... Comical I wish I could give this company no stars but sadly it won't let me. Apparently my business wasn't that important to them. The owners wife is blunt and likes to make excuses and the owner himself would not call me back for weeks. All I wanted was my carpet stretched!! There was a kind older woman who sat at a desk to the side and she was very helpful but one kind person is not a saving grace for this sorry excuse for a company. Save your time and money and go to Home Depot.

Randall Lee's Flooring is submitting false reviews. Its extremely obvious that they write up great reviews for themselves while pretending to be a satisfied customer. Fascinating how someone can post a negative review, and months later come back with a 'change of heart' taking it all back. All while Deborah replies instantly to the message as if she almost wrote it herself?? Its a no-brainer folks!

Get a bid for everything and check the math. Over charged. When confronted that the sq. footage wasn't possible we received a largerefund after demanding it. I would never use this company again.

Very happy from start to finish! We looked at several companies, including big box stores, and were very pleased with our final decision to work with Randall Lee Flooring. We had many flooring options to choose from as well as the comfort of working with a local business. The installer, Ken, was very good and made sure that everything was to our liking.We highly recommend Randall Lee Flooring!

Appreciative Customer My wife and I make anual visits to Seaside Oregon. We always make it a point to drop by Deborah's store to see the new things. We both love how friendly the workers are there, and how hospitable Randall and Deborah are. Even though we're just a couple "strangers" they welcome us like family. Can't wait to see what new goodies they will have for us the next time we're in town!
