I recently visited here because I was buying insurance for my home, and when I walked into the office, a large dog came up to me, without a leash, which scared my child, and then I was met by a lady, but she spoke to me with contemptuous eyes and tones the whole time, because I am Asian and my English is not very good, she was racist, which made me very uncomfortable. As a result, I changed insurance companies and I strongly do not recommend this one.
Have all my personal and business insurance with the Itens. Wonderful friendly staff who is knowledgeable and ethical. Can’t say enough good things.
