Office staff was Rude. Short as if calling to schedule an appointment was a burden. I was call as a new patient. Glad they could not accommodate me. Customer service is a lost art. Would not recommend this office.
Terrible experience, the worst nightmare for my 8 year-old daughter who was referred by her pediatrician to check a suspicious mole. The"doctor" who treated her was in fact just a nurse practitioner. She performed a surgery to remove it and the 8 stitches wound started falling apart after 3 days. We returned to have it fixed, but her solution was just to apply Acquaphor. Of course it got infected, and painfully didn't heal before 6 mos. Had to drive to Kokomo to see Dr. Randall to do laser on it
Members of our family have been fortunate enough to have had Dr. Randall provide dermatology services for the last 20 years (wife, daughter, friends, and myself have all obtained his services). Dr. Randall is extremely knowledgeable. We have been very pleased with his services, level of expertise, and for the care he provides. We have referred him to family and friends of family and will continue to do so. The office staff are courteous and insurance billing through them is seamless. Thumbs Up
Dr. Randall has correctly diagnosed skin problems that were incorrectly diagnosed by a family physician and an ER doctor. He is worth the wait to get in to see him. He will always be straight forward, honest, and absolutely right with his diagnoses and treatment recommendation.
My husband had Mohs surgery done with this Dr. on December 2, 2015. We drove 2 hours to only be forced to sit another 1 1/2 hours in waiting room. During the procedure his nurses continually interrupted the surgery to discuss the Christmas office party! The first time was to discuss the entertainment, the second time was ask what credit card was going to pay for the party! They were so loud I couldn't hear the attending nurse give me follow up directions!! Extremely Unprofessional and Rude!!
