After 2 weeks and several voicemails (they never answer the phone) and email requests to speak to someone.. anyone... on the phone regarding information that should not be difficult to provide they make it clear that they are not interested in returning phone calls. Personally I would not want to deal with anyone who can't answer a simple phone call or return a call within a reasonable timeframe. If they can't get the small things right how can they deal with serious health issues for patients?
Horribly alarming. I saw him for almost 2 years and they lost my records, he forgot who I was/had no idea who I was, never had any idea what protocol I was on, gave me gout by over prescribing a med, never checked the interaction OF meds, and thus I was experiencing horrible med interactions, told me my symptoms were "fake," refused to treat me for babesia when I was suffering greatly, the office REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MEDICAL RECORDS WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS CHANGING DOCTORS UNLESS I SAW DR FEUER AGAIN. He is a trusted and valued Dr doing his best offering support and treatment to one of the most unknown diseases across the world. We thank him for choosing us, when so many drop us all the time.
Dr. Feuer is a most incredible, ethical, and compassionate doctor. Texas is extremely lucky to have him. Anytime I've ever e-mailed, I received a response within hours to a business day, which is impressive considering how many patients he sees. He is thorough and cares immensely about his patients. He listens carefully to his patients, and you will not experience any medical gaslighting because he is so experienced and knowledgeable about LD and CLD. His medical assistant, Debbie, has always been very sweet and attentive.
The information and overall quality of experience with the Dr has been great. However, our experience with the staff and needing to contact someone has been horrible. We call multiple times a day with no answer. We have to email multiple times before we get a response. The documents that are sent via email with procedures and medication lists are unclear and contradict themselves. So we have to wait sometimes weeks before we can get started on the procedure because no one will answer or respond to our questions regarding the... read more
