The staff was prompt, polite, and courteous. Dr Randall Yee performed my shoulder surgery 5-months ago. I am healing very well, I only required pain medication for 7-days after surgery. No visable scars on my shoulder. Dr Yee is prompt and very thorough.
Left waiting for a long time in the exam room, but very rushed when he came in to take care of me. I did like that it was easy to get an appointment quickly.
I went in looking for help with a knee iniury. Great bedside manner. Expert in his field. Straight shooter. My first impression of the doctor and his staff are excellent. Highly recommend.
Appointment was on time and office staff was very professional.
