Randall Davis allowed the Hogg Palace to go without power for nearly two weeks following Hurricane Harvey. Power went out on the 8/27 and they finally had a backup generator onsite 9/8. As of 9/9 the building is still without power. Randall Davis himself showed no leadership or understanding of the situation that 79 units faced when residents reached out to him. Pathetic.
The management has shown completely disorganized approach for preparing for such extreme situation as hurricane Harvey. Now as they`ve been trying to restore power since last week, lots of obstacles are being revealed every time. That`s ridiculous and unprofessional.
