I would absolutely give negative stars if I could. The big facts are My 12-year-old daughter's results went missing and undiagnosed for 6 months. For 6 months she needed a CPAP machine. For 6 months she needed to have a surgery. For 6 months. No one takes accountability. No one can give answers. And the fact that they aren't ever willing to work with anyone's schedules especially after delaying care for 6 months. Ridiculous.
